To our sweet little man,
Oh how you keep us on our toes... you are into everything.... you smile constantly... and you keep us busy. You love to play with your sister and you want to play with all of the toys that she's playing with at the same time that she's playing with them. That has caused a few little struggles between the two of you but we're trying to let you both learn how to work things out and how to share. We keep telling Little K that one day VERY soon you will be bigger than her and you will be able to fight back more!
You enjoy playing with trucks, cars, and trains and will push them all over the house.
You eat...eat...eat! I mean... I'm pretty sure that we're going to have to take out a loan just to keep you fed. You will eat whatever we put in front of you and then a lot of times you will actually finish your sister's food too! It took us weeks to try and get you to drink out of cups and not bottles but you would get so mad and just throw them. Then one day you just decided to do it and we haven't looked back sense. Now... we just need to figure out how to say bye-bye to the pacifiers.
You have red hair, which you got from your Pop Pop, and it seems that was a little gift so that we could always feel that he is right here with us! We wish that he would have had the opportunity to meet you because we know that he would have just wanted to eat you up and you would have fallen in love with him too!
You have started taking steps and attempting the walking-thing, but most days you are just as happy (and fast) crawling. For now we are ok with that because we know that life is going to get even more crazier when you have more mobility!
Sweet boy, you love to cuddle and snuggle, especially when you are tired or get hurt. You have a little bit of a temper but you are also a lover. Oh... and you get hurt a lot!! You are all boy and you climb, fall, bump and bang several times a day. You pretty much are always sporting some sort of bruise.
You say Da-Da, Layla (our dog) and you sometimes say Mama. For now you do a lot of grunting and at times you get frustrated when we don't understand.
You love music and you like to sing and dance and clap. You are so cute when you shake your little diaper booty!
You really like to be outside and will stand by the door and grunt and want to go outside and play. You get so frustrated when you can't get down and walk and follow your sister and go where you want to go.
We never knew that you would complete our family that way that you do but you bring so many happy moments into our home! We love you as big as the sky... and the sky NEVER ends!!
Love, Mama, Daddy and Big Sister K
